The main plot of the Workaholics television program is not your typical
story. The episodes are all random and they don’t have a story line to them at
all. It’s all about three friends that get drunk, smoke weed and piss about at
work. That is just the start of their messed up adventures.
The things that i enjoy the most about the show are probably the comedy
it’s messed up comedy and can be about just about anything. This means that the
show does not have a limit on what they can do and keeps us engaged and focused
on the task at hand. I also like the nature of the show, all it is our everyday
people getting drunk and working in a dead end job and all they want to do is
enjoy life as much as they can. Also the actors have a way of playing off each
other and I think it is because they have been friends for years before even
making the program.
The things that I dislike are the fact it does not have a story line
really, which means that there is not much room for character development and
this means I feel isolated from the characters. Some of the humour can be quite
dark at time though.
Overall the program is very good and I have had many laughs watching the
show. Also it is a show that you can watch multiply times and it still finds a
way to make you laugh. I am quite sad that they have decided that season 7 is
the last one; I will miss this program for sure.
