Pokemon Sun and Moon - Wouldn't Thunder Armour be a cool Move?

Pokémon have had some great ideas for moves and abilities that Pokémon have, But there is one thing that we have all wanted since the good old days in Hoenn. Remember that episode where Ash battles the twins at the Mossdeep City gym and he pulled a Meta move by having Pikachu do lighting on himself and Swellow, Creating the amazing Thunder armour. Now that would be an incredible move for lighting type Pokémon to have. Imagine your Pokémon to blast lighting into the sky and then having it blasted back down and incredible force, your Pokémon taking in all of that all that power and forming a shiny golden coat. The move should increase you overall Special defence, but not to super effective moves for example ground type moves which do the normal amount of damage. Also it should increase the power to Electric type moves. But you have to use this move with caution because it should deal a little bit of damage to your Pokémon and that amount all depends on your Pokémon Special attack and Defence.
